If you still want to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you must do so via the platform from which you created your account: Google Play, the Apple App Store, or directly on the BIGVU website.

Make sure you are signed into the Google account with which you signed up for BIGVU. Enter your Google Play Subscriptions.
Search for BIGVU Teleprompter & Video Captions, under your active subscriptions
Choose to Pause payments or Cancel Subscription

Find the BIGVU Teleprompter under your active subscriptions.
Click on the Teleprompter BIGVU and choose "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial". After confirming the cancellation, your plan will not be renewed.

Cancel your subscription via the Billing Screen:
Login into desk.bigvu.tv.
Click on the top right of the Profile Icon (1) then Select "Billing" (2) from the dropdown menu.
In the billing screen, choose "cancel subscription." (3)
FAQ about Cancellation and Refunds
What happens after I cancel my plan?
After canceling your subscription, your plan will revert back to a Free account, and your videos will be stored locally.
Can I re-subscribe again?
Yes! We'd love to have you back, you can resubscribe anytime you're ready to be back again. However, you will not be eligible for a free trial.
When will the cancellation take effect?
Cancellation will go into effect at the end of your billing cycle- according to the plan you registered with (monthly or yearly)
Will my projects get deleted if I unsubscribe?
All videos stored on our cloud are kept for 30 days after unsubscribing
You can still access your free account. Meanwhile, you can export all your videos locally in Profile under Preferences scroll down at the bottom of this screen you will be able to export all your data.
You can also download each video directly from the Projects screen in each video's menu.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account.
⚠️Deleting the BIGVU app from your device does not delete your account, cancel your BIGVU Subscription, or cancel your auto-renewal or a free trial.
