Delete Account
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription!
Make sure to cancel your subscription first, or you will continue to be billed.
⚠️ Once deleted, it is impossible to recover your video projects: scripts, media assets, and videos.

Web Platform: Delete Account
Login to your account on the Web
Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner to access your profile page
On the left-hand menu, click |Preferences."
Scroll down to the "Data and Privacy" Section
Choose "Delete Account"
Enter your email address in the pop-up box and click "Delete"
Mobile App: Delete Account on Android & iOs
Click on the Profile Icon on the right of the bottom menu
Tap on "My Subscription"
Scroll down and select Delete Account
Enter your email address and click on Delete BIGVU Account
