If you still want to request a refund of your subscription, you must do so via the platform from which you purchased it:

Apple - AppStore (ios devices)

⚠️ For iOS, the refund policy is decided by Apple.

All transactions are processed by iTunes. Please make your request directly to Apple.

Start by signing into Apple's refund platform here

  • Connect with your Apple ID / Password

  • Select the option "Request a refund" and look for BIGVU under Purchases

  • Once saved, you will be able to Check your Status in the same link: reportproblem.apple.com

  • To make sure you've submitted your refund request to Apple, make sure to verify that you received an email


Google - Google PlayStore (Android devices)

⚠️ Refunds are managed directly by Google. Kindly make your request directly through the Google Play store.

and click on "Request a refund"

Follow the next steps to identify yourself and select the BIGVU app in your previous purchase to get a refund.
