How to upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your email, upgrade or freeze subscription on the Mobile App and Web

View your subscription details and billing information on your BIGVU mobile app or on the web platform.

Please note, any changes to billing or upgrading must be completed through the platform on which you originally purchased your subscription


Web App

Easily access your account and subscription by logging in to https://desk.bigvu.tv/login

  • Click the Profile icon on the top right side of the page. You can see on the drop-down menu your current plan.

  • Click on Billing to access your subscription information

On the billing page, you can view details such as your card information, renewal date, and billed amounts.

💡Update your payment method and email address for your invoices on this page

Change or Upgrade your Plan

⚠️ If you subscribed initially through the Web, its recommended to change your plan to the same payment platform to avoid any billing issues

Head over to the pricing page in your account: desk.bigvu.tv/pricing

You can also access it from within the Web app in two ways:

  1. Click your profile on the top right and select Pricing

  2. On the top part of the page, click on Upgrade

You can now change your plan to an upgraded tier and duration (monthly or yearly)


iOS - Apple AppStore

  • Open your BIGVU App and click on the profile icon at the far right of the bottom menu

  • Tap on My Subscription to view your current plan

Change or Upgrade your Plan

⚠️ If you subscribed initially through Apple, its recommended to change your plan to the same payment platform to avoid any billing issues

From the My Subscription tab, Tap on Plan and select which plan you'd like to upgrade or downgrade to

After choosing, tap on Subscribe and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription


Android - Google Play Store

  • Open your BIGVU App and click on the profile icon at the far right of the bottom menu

  • Tap on My Subscription, and you will see your current plan

Change or Upgrade your Plan

⚠️ If you subscribed initially through Google, its recommended to change your plan to the same payment platform to avoid any billing issues

From the "My Subscription" tab, Tap on Plans and select which plan you'd like to upgrade or downgrade to

Once decided, tap on Change Plan and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription


Freeze your Subscription

📢 Freezing your subscription is available only for subscriptions purchased through the google play store

  • Open the Google Play app on your phone

  • At the top right, tap the profile icon

  • Tap Payments & subscriptions

  • Select Subscriptions

  • Look for Teleprompter & Video Captions and tap on it

  • Select Pause payments on the bottom

  • Set the time period to pause payments and click Confirm

  • Tap Pause on the bottom right
