Are you looking to add your narration to an existing video? With BIGVU Teleprompter, you can easily record a voice-over and overlay it onto your video. In this article, we will walk you through the steps of creating a voice-over using BIGVU Teleprompter.

Choose a Video
After you have recorded your narration on the Teleprompter, open the video clicking the 3 dots (1) beneath the title of the video on the project page, and selecting (2) Edit
Next, click on the 3 dots of the selected take
A popup appears you can select Open Video Maker to style your video
Video Maker
In the left side-bar, go to (1) Media and you can choose from:
Uploads: Use your asset such as video to overlay your video
Library: This is a BIGVU asset that you can also use
Pixabay: Get a free stock video and use it for your project
You can (1) upload a video to use or (2) select a file on your uploads list
👀 Files format can be JPG, PNG, or MP4 only under 10MB
Drag the file into your scene and repeat the process until it overlays your video for the duration of the said file. Your overlayed video will continue to play.
💡 The default audio will be from your BIGVU narration and the overlay will be muted automatically
