Change and Reset Password

Here are ways to reset your password on both the App and Web platforms.

💡You can directly reset your password using the direct link: https://desk.bigvu.tv/forgot-password

👀 Please make sure to verify your email. After one day, you will not be able to log in if you have not verified your email.

App

  • Go to the Login and tap on Forgot password?

    • Enter your email address and wait for the link to be sent on how you can reset your password

Web App

  • Go to the login page, and click on Forgot Password?

    • Enter your email address and wait for the link to be sent on how you can reset your password

Change email address?

⚠️ Please note: Changing your email account is possible only if the new email account does not exist on BIGVU

App

  • Go to your Profile and tap on your email account

    • Tap Change Email and enter the new email address you'd like to use

Web App

  • Go to your Profile icon and click Profile

    • Click Change Email and enter the new email address you'd like to use

I just upgraded my account, but my account still says Free?

If your account still shows up as a free plan, it might be because of the following reasons:

  • You are signed in to the wrong account

  • You need to refresh your account

Try Logging out and Logging back in. Make sure you have signed in using the correct email address with which you bought your subscription.

Remove the BIGVU watermark

After subscribing to a premium plan, your new videos will not appear with a watermark.

However, you cannot remove the watermark from videos recorded before the upgrade. We suggest overlaying it with your own logo or re-recording it.

I can't access my account

If you can't access your account and need to reset your password, you can do it using the following link: https://desk.bigvu.tv/forgot-password

Why do I have the wrong email address in my account?

If your email is missing a dot (.) it's perfectly okay!

You can still log in using your dotted email address and access your account.

If you have a random email address like abcde12345@privaterelay.appleid.com

This change occurs when you select the option "Hide My Email" upon registering your account to BIGVU.

You can always access your account by logging in using the Continue with Apple option. You can also change your email to a different email if desired.

I did not receive the verification email

If you fail to verify your email after 24 hours of signing up, you will be unable to log in to your BIGVU account.

In order to resend again an activation email, connect here https://desk.bigvu.tv/activation

  • Enter your email address and click Send Activation Link

  • Check your mailbox and Confirm Email
