Password Change
In order to reset your password, you can do it directly in the app (press on Forgot Password during login) or through a web browser using the following link https://desk.bigvu.tv/forgot-password
Please make sure to verify your email. After one day, you will not be able to login if you have not verified your email.
Email Change
*Please note: Changing email account is possible only if the new email account does not exist on BIGVU *
In order to change the email address for your account:
I/ In the Mobile App:
Go to "Profile icon" at the bottom right -> Press on the email account (1)->
Select Change Email (2) ->Enter the email address you wish to change to and click "Change Email".
II/ On the Web:
Go to "Profile icon" (in the right corner), then click on "Profile". In "My Account" screen you can select "Change Email" and a popup will be displayed allowing you to edit your email address.
Note: Please make sure to verify your email! Email will not change until confirmation!
