Whoops! Did you accidentally delete an important video?
Restore your deleted videos and files on the Web Platform as long as they're within 30 days of deletion and were uploaded to the cloud (web app).
👥 Who can access this feature? Starter, AI Pro, and Teams Subscribers
📶 Which devices support this feature? Available on the web platform only
🚨 Local files can't be restored, only videos uploaded on the web app
🚨 Make sure to upload your videos all the time
Follow the steps below on how to retrieve your deleted files:
Open your account
Log in to your BIGVU account through the web app, (1) click on your photo on the top right side of your screen and (2) click on your Profile
Access Deleted Files
Click on Deleted Files at the bottom of your profile menu on the left.
You can now choose which file to retrieve by clicking the Restore button. Once restored, it will disappear from the list.
Now, go back to your Project Page and continue working on your project!
