BIGVU gives you full control over your mobile notifications and email settings.
Easily choose your desired settings to receive or opt out of notifications and emails from BIGVU regarding video statuses, social channel posts, tips and news, the latest offers, workshops, and more.
Web Platform
Access the Preferences page directly here or by following these instructions:
Login to your account on the Web
Go to your Profile and Click Preferences
Toggle the options left to turn off, and right to turn on.
Mobile App - Android & iOs
Click on the profile icon on the far right of the bottom menu
Tap on Notifications
Choose the type of Notification and Email for which you would like to change the preferences.
On the notifications pop-up screen, use the toggle to choose whether you wish to continue receiving emails or notifications, and click on the save button.
