To locate the invoice for your BIGVU purchase for financial reasons, you must contact the platform through which you purchased your plan.
Follow the guides on how to locate your invoices from the following payment platforms:
Apple - Purchases via App Store
Google - Purchases via the Google Play store
Web App- Purchases via the BIGVU web platform (www.bigvu.tv)
Apple - iOS
To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
To see the full receipt (including tax), tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped into one charge.

At the top right, tap your profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions ➡️ Budget & history
