Locate your invoice

To locate the invoice for your BIGVU purchase for financial reasons, you must contact the platform through which you purchased your plan.


Apple - iOS


  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID.

  1. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.

  1. To see the full receipt (including tax), tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped into one charge.

  1. On your mobile device, open the Play Store

  1. At the top right, tap your profile icon.

  1. Tap Payments & subscriptions ➡️ Budget & history
