How to Setup your SSO?

BIGVU supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using the SAML authentication protocol to give your team an easy and secure way to log in. With SSO, your team members use one set of credentials from your organization’s identity provider (IdP) instead of creating and remembering a separate BIGVU password.

Currently, BIGVU supports SSO integration with the following identity providers:

Google Workspace (G-Suite)
Azure AD
Okta
OneLogin

This ensures a seamless and secure login experience across your organization.

How It Works

When SSO is turned on, team members log in to BIGVU using their Google Workspace account.
BIGVU connects with Google Workspace through the SAML protocol to confirm their identity.
Once Google verifies them, they can access BIGVU directly without needing a separate BIGVU password.

Follow the steps below to begin the configurations:

Go to your Profile and click SSO Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar
Then, click Configure

You will see the SSO Endpoints panel, which contains several required fields:

Postback URL: The URL where responses are sent during SSO authentication.
Identity Provider Sign-In URL: Where users are redirected for login during SSO.
SAML Certification: Used to establish a secure connection; upload your certificate file here.

Once the Postback URL is ready, you can copy it and post to your Provider

After entering all required data and uploading the SAML certificate, click Save to activate SSO authentication.

Once SSO is enabled, the UI will display the option to Disconnect.

If you click Disconnect, SSO authentication will be disabled for your account, but configuration data remain stored.
You can Reconnect at any time without re-entering details, making it quick to restore access.

How to Log in?

Go to https://desk.bigvu.tv/login
click on use Single Sign-On button

Enter your SSO email address
then click Continue
