Your Public Expert Profile will appear in the Experts Dashboard in BIGVU Web App (https://desk.bigvu.tv/experts) . To access to the Dashboard click on 'Connect with Expert' on the top right corner of the web App.
As an Expert, in order to have your public Profile you need to make a video in order to present yourself and then create a video Page from this video and make it as Expert Profile Page.
1/ Create a Video Page in the WEB
Once you have created your presentation video, you need to create a Video Page. From the 3-dots of your video in Script project or directly in the Project screen for the Video Maker project, select Video Page.
2. In the first step of the page creation process, you can enter your page Headline- H1 (1) and Text body (2). It will appear below or next to your video depending on the Template chosen.
3. Publish your video page. If you want to view your BIGVU Page, simply click the Preview button.
Please notice: Only after publishing, you will be able to see your logo, the call-to-action buttons and your business information that you've added on the page settings.
==> In your Preview or Published Page you will find your Headline & text body (1) you wrote in the previous step and also all the information you can Edit in 'Edit Template' Section in your Page Screen: Logo (2) , Call To Action button (3) and Footer (4).
4. You can access to all your Pages by clicking on "Pages" in the left menu (1).
You can customize your BIGVU Template Page by selecting 'Edit Templates' on the top right of your Page screen (2). You will be able to change your Template, edit your Logo, edit your Call To Action button, your Text & Fonts of your displayed text and the Footer.
You can also manage your Page by clicking on the "3 dots" on the line of the selected Page (3) [in this menu, Edit allow you to edit your text displayed on your Page but not the Template].
2/ Set Video Page as Expert Profile and manage your profile
a) Set Video Page as Expert Profile
So your Page is ready, you can view it by clicking on the Thumbnail or through the Video Page Menu.
In the Video Page menu (3-dots menu) of your selected Page chosen to be your Profile Page, select as "Set as Expert Profile."
→ You will be able to see your Expert Profile Video Page in the Experts Dashboard (View by clicking on [Connect with experts] button in the top bar)
b) Manage your Expert Profile
You can have access to your information in 'Profile Menu' (click on the thumbnail at the top right of BIGVU Desk) → click on 'Profile' → 'BIGVU Expert'
Here you will find all the information visible on your Expert profile and can edit it.
