The AI Voice Mate is a brand-aware voice agent that communicates with your audience using your knowledge base and brand voice. It can answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and website chats 24/7 while staying aligned with your tone and messaging.


You can clone your own voice or choose from a voice library and connect your content from social media, a website, or uploaded files to make responses accurate and relevant. No setup complexity needed. Just upload your content, choose a voice, and go live in minutes.

Follow the steps below:




  1. To begin, go to Branding
  2. Click the Edit button on the top right side of the page





  1. Go to Branded Media from the left menu-bar
  2. Under Voice Agent, click Select Voice to begin






Select Voice


  1. You can create your own Voice Clone
  2. or if you have one ready, choose a voice from the list
  3. Click Select to proceed




Once you've selected a voice, you can now edit the CTA Title and Button Label of your widget

  1. Click the CTA Title text box to edit
  2. Click the Button Label text box to edit





To finalize, click the Save button at the top right side of the page








Embed Voice Agent


Add your AI Voice Agent to your website!


  • Click the Embed Voice Agent
  1. Select the Widget Placement
  2. Click Copy Code and paste it on your website












Train your AI Voice Agent

  • Set your own brand voice by filling out the details below

  1. You can manually describe your brand voice and use the AI Rewrite by clicking the star ✨ button

Knowledge Base
Upload your company details and important information to build your AI Voice Agent’s knowledge base. This helps the AI understand your business, so it can generate responses and messages that are accurate, relevant, and aligned with your brand.Add things like your services, FAQs, key messaging, or any content you want your AI to use when communicating.
  1. Click Add Resources to upload your files
  2. Click Save on the top right side to save your changes
