Redeem Codes
Codes for prepaid plans can be applied only through the BIGVU Web Platform. Once activated, your plan will also be applied to the mobile app platform. Your login details are identical across all platforms and are those that you registered with

Log into the BIGVU web platform at desk.bigvu.tv. Your login details are identical to those used at registration.
Click on the picture icon on the top right (1). Choosing the first option on the dropdown menu- "Profile" (2)
Scroll down to the "Redeem your code" section (3)
Enter your redemption code in the box and click "Redeem". Enter as many codes as you have purchased.
Scroll back up to the dropdown menu to view the current plan/add-on that was implemented by the code (4)
