Who owns the generated avatar?
You own the content you generate, subject to BIGVU’s Terms & Conditions and your plan’s usage limits.
Can I use avatars for commercial purposes?
Yes. Avatars can be used for personal and commercial purposes as long as you follow BIGVU’s Terms, copyright laws, and content guidelines. Avatars must not resemble real people or celebrities.
Does BIGVU store my prompts or images?
Yes. BIGVU may store prompts, reference images, and generated avatars to improve the product, ensure safety, and give you access to your creations. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
My avatar looks distorted. What should I do?
Use a clearer reference image, simplify your prompt, match the style to the reference, or try a different model.
Why didn’t the avatar match my prompt?
This can happen due to conflicting style instructions, strong influence from the reference image, or a mismatch between the selected style and the prompt. Try simplifying the style description.
I received an error message. What does it mean?
Errors usually relate to disallowed content, high system traffic, or missing required selections. Try adjusting your prompt or regenerating later.
Account & Billing
Is there a limit to avatar generations?
Yes. Each user gets 15 free generations per week.
What counts as one generation?
Each click on “Generate” counts as one attempt, even if the result is not used.
Can I save or favorite avatars?
Yes. You can download avatars, mark them as favorites, and submit them for review to be added to the public BIGVU avatar library.
