Pages + Emails: Setup your Email Accounts

Connect your Google or Outlook email to send your video landing pages directly from BIGVU 🚀

Our AI assistant will even help you write the subject and email body — perfectly aligned with your video’s message!

Follow the steps below:

Navigate to the left pane and click on Pages + Emails

Click on Settings and select Email Accounts

Select the email account you need to setup; Google or Outlook
Click Link Mailbox

Send By Email

Select the page you want to share; click the 3 dots and select Send by Email

Add the receipient email; you can add multiple emails
Manually type the email subject or click the ✏️ icon to regenerate the subject
Manually type the body email or click the ✨✏️ icon to regenerate the message
Click on Test Mail to send the email to your self and check if eveything is all set
Once finalized, click Send
