How to Change Email Address and Password

Password Change

In order to reset your password, you can do it directly in the app (press on Forgot Password during login) or through a web browser using the following link https://desk.bigvu.tv/forgot-password

Please make sure to verify your email. After one day, you will not be able to login if you have not verified your email.

Email Change

Please note: Changing email account is possible only if the new email account does not exist on BIGVU

In order to change the email address for your account:

I/ In the Mobile App:

Go to "Profile icon" at the bottom right -> Press on the email account (1)->
Select Change Email (2) ->Enter the email address you wish to change to and click "Change Email". 

II/ On the Web:

Go to "Profile icon" (in the right corner), then click on "Profile". In "My Account" screen you can select "Change Email" and a popup will be displayed allowing you to edit your email address.

​**Note**: Please make sure to verify your email! Email will not change until confirmation!
