⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription! Make sure to cancel your subscription first, or you will continue to be billed.

Web: Delete your Account

Login to your account on the Web
Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner to access your profile page
On the left-hand menu, click Preferences.
Scroll down to the "Data and Privacy" Section
Choose "Delete Account"
Enter your email address in the pop-up box and click "Delete"

Mobile: Delete your Account

Click on the Profile Icon on the right of the bottom menu
Tap on "My Subscription"

Scroll down and select Delete Account
Enter your email address and click on Delete BIGVU Account
