Does the service collect and store personal data?

  • Yes. BIGVU collects and stores personal data strictly required for the functionality of our app and platform, and to allow you to access all features. BIGVU does not sell your data or share it with unauthorized third parties.

Are third-party sub-processors involved in processing data?

  • BIGVU complies with CCPA and is actively working toward full GDPR compliance, with formal verification planned.

  • No. BIGVU does not use user-generated videos or assets for AI/ML training. Only anonymized, aggregated activity data may be used internally to improve platform functionality.


Can BIGVU publicize a customer’s name or use it in marketing?

Is data portability supported?
