You can purchase your subscription on one of three platforms: BIGVU Web App, AppStore - Apple - or Google Play Store

Please note, any changes to billing or upgrading on a later date must be completed through the platform on which you originally purchased your subscription and adhere to their regulations

Upgrade / Purchase Plan

Head over to the pricing page in your account: desk.bigvu.tv/pricing

You can also access it from within the app in two ways:

Click your profile on the top right and select Pricing
On the top part of the page, click on Upgrade

You can now change your plan to an upgraded tier and duration (monthly or yearly)
Select a plan and click "Go AI Pro" to proceed on purchasing your subscription

✏️ Note: AI Max Plan is only available on the web platform

Open your BIGVU App and press on the pricing icon 🏷️ on the bottom

Choose your plan
Press "Starter Your Subscription" and follow the steps to process your subscription

Press "Get Started" and follow the steps to process your subscription
