Upload and add external photos, videos, and music (Web)

Use Media Library to add your own photos, videos, and music to create personalized videos and establish creative authority.

Follow these steps to add and manage your own media files:

Media Library

Go to desk.bigvu.tv, log in, and click on "Media Library" in the left menu bar.

1. All Uploads - to see all of your media folders and create another one
2. Manage Folders - manage your media folders
3. Select - this will allow you to select multiple files to manage
4. Type and Sort - this will help you how you want to view your files
5. AI Media Search - AI will help you look for the files you need by describing what it looks like
6. Search - this is the standard search option where you can look for the file based from the file name
7. Filters - look up files based file type, ratio, and etc
8. Upload - upload new files and asset

Upload a File

Click the Upload button on the top right side of the page and choose (1) Select File

You can also directly import from (2) Dropbox and Google Drive

All Uploads

1. View or Select the folder you want to manage
2. Choose from your folders or
3. Create a New Folder

Manage Folders

Manage your folders by (1) clicking the 3 dots and choose from the options available

Want to manage multiple files at the same time? Use the select button and choose the files you want to duplicate, move, or remove

View Options

You can organize your files by selecting the (1) Type and (2) Sort options

AI Magic Search

Easily look for your files by describing what you need to use.

1. Type on the text box and click the share button
   

Filter

Set the ratio, image and video type, and video duration to make your file search easier
