If you still want to request a refund of your subscription, you must do so via the platform from which you purchased it

All transactions are processed by iTunes. Please make your request directly to Apple.

Start by signing into Apple's refund platform here
Connect with your Apple ID / Password
Select the option "*Request a refund**" and look for BIGVU under Purchases
Once saved, you will be able to Check your Status in the same link: reportproblem.apple.com
To make sure you've submitted your refund request to Apple, make sure to verify that you received an email
⚠️ Refunds are managed directly by Google. Kindly make your request directly through the Google Play store.

Follow the next steps to identify yourself and select the BIGVU app in your previous purchase to get a refund.
