Manage Account, Upgrades and Billing
View your subscription details and billing information on your BIGVU mobile app or on the web platform.
Please note, any changes to billing or upgrading must be completed through the platform on which you originally purchased your subscription
Easily access your account and subscription by logging in to https://desk.bigvu.tv/login
Click the (1) Profile icon on the top right side of the page. You can see your current plan on the drop-down menu.
Click on (2) Billing to access your subscription information
Plan Details - your plan information section and where you can change your plan to
Invoice Details - put your personal or company details for invoicing information
Payment Method - click the "update" button to change your payment method
Cancel Plan - to end your current subscription, just click that button
💡Billing History will be displayed at the bottom part of your page
⚠️ If you subscribed initially through the Web, its recommended to change your plan to the same payment platform to avoid any billing issues
Head over to the pricing page in your account: desk.bigvu.tv/pricing
Choose if you want to go with a Yearly or Monthly subscription
Select your plan and click the button at the bottom of the plan you've chosen
📢 Please be aware that sales taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT) may be added to your total payment amount. The applicable taxes are determined based on your billing address and local tax regulations. This means the final price you see at checkout may include these additional charges, depending on your location

After choosing, tap on Subscribe and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription
Google Play: See your current plan

Once decided, tap on Change Plan and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription
📢 Freezing your subscription is available only for subscriptions purchased through the google play store
Open the Google Play app on your phone
At the top right, tap the profile icon
Tap Payments & subscriptions
Select Subscriptions
Look for Teleprompter & Video Captions and tap on it
Select Pause payments on the bottom
Set the time period to pause payments and click Confirm
Tap Pause on the bottom right
