Upload and add external photos, videos, and music (Web)
Use My Uploads to add your own photos, videos, and music to create personalized videos and establish creative authority.
👥 Who can access this feature? Available to Starter, Ai Pro, and Max Plans

📢 Please note: BIGVU is not responsible for videos/photos uploaded, make sure to comply with copyright regulations
Go to desk.bigvu.tv, log in, and click on "My Uploads" in the left menu bar.
Next, Click on the Upload button (2)
Once the upload is finished, the asset will be available for your use both in the app and on the web.
👀 Files format can be JPG, PNG, or MP4 only
⚠️ Length limit: You can upload up to 9 minutes for Starter Plans, 59 minutes for Pro and Teams
You can create folders that will help you organize your media uploads.
Click on All Uploads (1) to get the +New Folder (2) option
💡If you have more than one desk (Only for AI Pro Team accounts): In the "All Uploads" tab, you can select which desk the asset will be uploaded to.
You can manage your file by clicking the ⓘ icon on the bottom right side of your file
