Refresh or Delete Social Channels (Mobile)
Refreshing your social channels may help overcome connectivity issues. You can also disconnect unused or defunct social channels
Follow these steps:
- Touch the person icon on the bottom right side of your screen
- On the list, select Social Channels
- Swipe through the list and select the social media account you want to refresh or delete by pressing the Gear button (3)
- To refresh the connection, select "Refresh connection"
- Then, confirm permission to allow and authorize the usage of the app as a third-party application by pressing "Continue"
To Delete the social media channel from the list, select “Remove”
