Refresh or Delete Social Channels (Mobile)

Refreshing your social channels may help overcome connectivity issues. You can also disconnect unused or defunct social channels

Follow these steps:



Touch the person icon on the bottom right side of your screen
On the list, select Social Channels
Swipe through the list and select the social media account you want to refresh or delete by pressing the Gear button (3)




To refresh the connection, select "Refresh connection"
Then, confirm permission to allow and authorize the usage of the app as a third-party application by pressing "Continue"



To Delete the social media channel from the list, select “Remove”
