You can enter in the Web App to check the email you signed in to and the Subscription Plan linked to that email.
1. Enter to BIGVU App home screen : desk.bigvu.tv and log in.
2. Click on "Profile icon" on the top right of the screen.
3. Check your User Name, email account and the Subscribed Plan linked to this account
In the Menu bellow, you will be able to:
Manage your Profile infos by clicking on "Profile" in the menu
Manage your Subscription by selecting "Billing" in the menu, you will be able there to edit your Credit Card infos or even Cancel your subscription
