If you subscribed on our web Application - desk.bigvu.tv you can Cancel the auto renewal of your subscription in the Billing Screen.

1. To access the Billing Screen you have 2 ways:

a) You can unsubscribe directly from BIGVU Web App in Billing Screen

b) You can access by login into desk.bigvu.tv, Click on the top right the Profile Icon (1) --> Select "Billing" (2)

2. On this screen you can Cancel your Subscription by clicking on the red button : "Cancel Subscription" (3)

In this screen you can even Update your details ('Update Details') if you want to edit your billing email for example

or also Update your Credit Card information ('Update card').
