How do I Manage my Subscription, Cancel Auto-Renewal on Android?

If you still want to cancel the auto renewal of your subscription, here is the procedure:

Canceling Auto-Renewal is a very simple process. 👉

II/ If you subscribed on Android

1. You have 2 ways to access your Subscriptions Screen:

a) Access to Google Play Subscriptions directly


b) Open the Google Play Store --> Click on the top right on your Account Settings menu icon --> "Payments & subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions"

2. The 'Subscriptions' screen appears, you will be able to see your active subscriptions: BIGVU Teleprompter & Video Captions app appears in the list with the assigned plan.

If you select your BIGVU App, you will be able to see the details of your subscription.

At the bottom of the screen, you have 2 choices: (1) Pause payments OR (2) Cancel Subscription

(1) Pause Payments

With this option, you can choose to set a pause for your subscription&payment from 1 month up to 3 months.

You can pause payments up to 3 times in 12 months.

(2) Cancel Subscription:

If you click on Cancel Subscription --> when it appears the choice to set a Pause select "No Thanks", then you can chose a reason of your cancelation if you want

Once you Continue, confirm "Cancel Subscription" and then, your plan will not be renewed.

Then you can continue the app for free with the BIGVU watermark.

In the next screen, you can renew your plan if you wish by clicking on "Resubscribe"

You can access your Mobile App Subscription directly in BIGVU App in your BIGVU Profile by clicking My Subscription.

--> You can even click on "Manage subscription" to manage your subscription.

--> You can select "Plan" to see your Plan or to subscribe again if you are a FREE user.
