For iOS, getting a refund depends on the policy of Apple.

All transactions are processed by iTunes. Please make your request directly to Apple.

Then, you can click on the link into the Support Apple page: reportproblem.apple.com and follow the following steps.

1) Connect with your Apple ID / Password:

Then Select in the menu : "Request a refund" and select the BIGVU Purchase

Then, once saved, you will be able to Check your Status in the same link: reportproblem.apple.com

To make sure you've submitted your refund request to Apple, you can verify that you received an email:
