Adding Team Members

With team accounts, you can add members according to your plan and add as many workspaces as you want!

📢 A Member can only be added to a Team account if he is not an existing BIGVU user

Invite Team Member

  • Tap on Add Member on the left hand menu (1)

  • Choose "Invite Member" (2)

  • (4) Enter the email address on the text box, (5) Choose the role you want to have the new member, and (6) Click Invite

Add a member to a New Workspace

  • On the same page, you can also add your team member to another workspace you have in your organization

  • (1) Click the workspace the member is currently added and a drop-down option will appear

  • (2) Select Add to new Workspace to add another workspace access on the said member

  • Select the (3) Workspace you want and hit (4) Save once done

Types of Roles

Owner

To explain it simply, the team owner admin is kind of like a "super admin" who can oversee the entire account, managing everything from users and workspaces to billing

  • Manage billing

  • Add and Assign Workspaces

  • Create and edit all projects

  • Manage Uploads and Branding

  • Add/Delete Team Members

  • Edit Organization Name

Admin

This allows for one team member (or more if you choose) to manage the account effectively and securely.

  • View billing

  • Add and Assign Workspaces

  • Create and edit all projects

  • Manage Uploads and Branding

  • Add/Delete Team Members of all workspaces

  • Editor

  • Can manage the workspace(s) he has been invited to by the admin.

    Within the dedicated workspace, an editor can:

  • Create, delete, or edit all workspace projects

  • Manage Uploads and Branding

  • Invite and remove contributors from the workspace

    Contributor

    This is the most basic role. Can only see and use their assigned workspace(s).

  • Can create projects within the workspace they were added to (write a script, record, and edit it)

  • Can view (not edit/delete) projects created by others within the workspace

  • View-only rights for uploads and branding

  • Cannot invite guest views to their workspace, but can view other workspace members.

  • Ability to View, Copy the URL, and share the link to video pages created by others in the workspace
