How do I invite new members to my organization?

With team accounts, you can add members according to your plan and add as many workspaces as you want!

  • Notice: You can only add new users to your organization. If the person you want to invite to a desk already has a BIGVU account you cannot invite them with the same email they use in BIGVU.

1. Go to desk.bigvu.tv

2.Click on (1) 'Add Member' page in the left pane or even on the top (2) 'Add Team Member', then click the button at the top of the screen: (3) 'Invite Team Member'

Note: The member you invite will be added to the workspace whose name is displayed at the top left of the page. If he is Admin, by default, he will be invited in all Workspaces.

3. A pop-up opens to add information about the new member you want to invite to your organization. Enter the email of the person you want to invite and define his Role and Team permission.

Different Roles are available:

  • Team Owner & Admin: Ability to Create/ Manage/ Delete Workspaces

  • Editor: Access to the workspace(s) they have been invited to. He has full access to the WS, can delete/edit projects.

  • Member: Access to the workspace(s) they have been invited to. He has limited access to the WS: Read only brand assets/ cannot invite/remove members or delete/edit some projects.

Each user based on their role will be able to add a member to the team with a "lower" role. For example, an Admin will be able to add Editors and Members and an Editor will only be able to add Members in the organization. The Owner has all rights.

Please note that you can only invite someone who does not have a BIGVU account yet or invite him with another email not used in BIGVU to add him to your organization!

Soon we will be able to add Guests editors & viewers to work in collaboration with external people.
