There are 3 role permissions available in WorkGroup, each role permission has different permissions in BIGVU and can do different things:

  1. Member - this is the most basic role. A user who has this Role Permission can write a script, send it to the app, film it, and edit it. They can only see and use their assigned desk.

  2. Desk Admin (available only in Team account) - this is an intermediate role. A user with this Role Permission can write a script and assign it to other users in their desk. They can invite new users to use their desk. They can only see and use their assigned desk.

  3. Organization Admin - This is the master admin. The Organization Admin has no limitations in BIGVU. A user with this Role Permission can create new desks (only in Team account plan), invite new users to any desk in the organization, write a script and assign it to any user in the organization, as well as create organization level templates in Branding tab, change the organization's primary fonts and colors. The organization admin can assign the Role Permissions of other users in their organization.
