Easily upload your pictures and videos using the web and edit them with the online video editing tool: the Video Maker.

Add images and videos to your video to make it more creative and engaging. Your narration will play in the background.

👀 Note: In this FAQ we will explain how to add photos and videos using the Video Maker. If you also want to upload your own music and background strips, you can do it under My Uploads


Choose a Video

Open the video you would like to edit by clicking the 3 dots (1) beneath the title of the video on the project page, and selecting (2) Edit

Next, click on the 3 dots of the selected take

A popup appears you can select Open Video Maker to style your video

Inside the Video Maker, click on the (1) Uploads icon on the left sidebar and select

(2) Upload on the top to import your files

📢 Please note: BIGVU is not responsible for videos/photos uploaded, make sure to comply with copyright regulations

👀 Files format can be JPG, PNG, or MP4 only

⚠️ Lenght limit: You can upload up to 9 minutes for Starter Plans, 59 minutes for Pro and Teams

Overlay your Video

Drag and drop (1) your uploaded photo or video onto the small photo in the storyboard (2) to add it to your chosen timeframe.

Once the image is overlayed, it is possible to delete it by clicking on the 3-dots menu of the related segment and clicking on Remove Media

Click on Create on the top right of the Video Maker screen to apply the changes.

💡Please note: If you don't want to upload your own visuals, you can add Tweets and use BIGVU'S library and Pixabay (a copyright-free shared library) and add photos and videos to your video
