How do I Manage my Subscription, Cancel Auto-Renewal or Trial on all platforms?

If you still want to cancel the auto renewal of your subscription, here is the procedure:

Canceling Auto-Renewal / Trial is a very simple process. 👉

Please refer to the guideline below depending on your specific situation:

Summary:

I/ If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad --> iOS - Apple Subscription.

II/ If you subscribed on Android

III/ If you subscribed on our web Application - desk.bigvu.tv

I/ If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad --> iOS - Apple Subscription:

1. Access to Apple Support and click on "Cancel a subscription"

The 'Subscriptions' screen appears, you will be able to see your active subscriptions: BIGVU Teleprompter app appears in the list with the assigned plan.

2. When you click on Teleprompter BIGVU app you can decide to Cancel your Subscription. If you select 'Cancel Subscription' you will need to Confirm and your plan will not be renewed.

Then you will be able to continue the app for free with the BIGVU watermark.

You can access your Mobile App Subscription directly in BIGVU App in your BIGVU Profile by clicking My Subscription.

--> You can even click on "Manage subscription" to manage your subscription.

--> You can select "Plan" to see your Plan or to subscribe again if you are a FREE user.

II/ If you subscribed on Android

Then, the 'Subscriptions' screen appears, you will be able to see your active subscriptions: BIGVU Teleprompter & Video Captions app appears in the list with the assigned plan.

If you select your BIGVU App, you will be able to see the details of your subscription.

At the bottom of the screen, you have 2 choices:

(1) Pause payments OR (2) Cancel Subscription

You can access your Mobile App Subscription directly in BIGVU App in your BIGVU Profile by clicking My Subscription.

--> You can even click on "Manage subscription" to manage your subscription.

--> You can select "Plan" to see your Plan or to subscribe again if you are a FREE user.

III/ If you subscribed on our web Application - desk.bigvu.tv

1. To access the Billing Screen you have 2 ways:

a) You can unsubscribe directly from BIGVU Web App in Billing Screen

OR

b) You can access by login into desk.bigvu.tv, Click on the top right the Profile Icon (1) --> Select "Billing" (2)

2. On this screen you can Cancel your Subscription by clicking on the red button : "Cancel Subscription" (3)

In this screen you can even Update your details ('Update Details') if you want to edit your billing email for example or also Update your Credit Card information ('Update card').

PLEASE NOTE!

Deleting the BIGVU app from your device does not delete your account, cancel your BIGVU Subscription, or cancel your free trial.

Also deleting your BIGVU Account does not cancel your BIGVU auto-renewal Subscription!
